Yoga is a Medicine for our Emotional, Physical & Spiritual bodies 

Mindful Practice of Yoga helps to Regulate & Rewire the Nervous System and Boost Metabolism through Breathing Practices and Meditative Asanas

Once yoga calls out to you - you embark on your own spiritual journey of inner peace and unity between mind, body and spirit leading to feeling healed, focused, balanced and fully restored

About Yoga Class

Every class is unique and is designed in response to the energies of the day with one theme, one intention and one peak pose per session

The structure of the class:

1. We start by having a moment of silence and centring ourselves 

2. We then use the energy breathwork, known as pranayama, which is the KEY to our practice, to activate all chakras or energy points. We love Ujjayi Pranayama and Dragon Breath, which we encourage to use throughout the practice for the best results.

3. We warm up with balanced set of stretches, with counter-poses in mind, which we hold for up to 3 breaths or 30 sec each, or do reps, to get our body mind and spirit ready for the practice 

4. This is followed by vinyasa flow in seated position, standing sun salutations, or warrior inversions in hatha, depending on a day to work on back, front and sides of our body towards the peak pose

5. The yoga practice finishes with Shavasana or Yoga Nidra guided meditation to reboot our system and get ready for a glorious day ahead or for a good night sleep depending on the time of the practice ☀️

Intention for each practice is to release heavy emotions that hold us back through exhale, and replace them with clean light energies on inhale, transforming them into magical air and positive vibes around us

 Yoga is your own practice and we encourage you to listen to your own physical, emotional and spiritual bodies  and respond to it by following each asana movement to your best abilities in a mindful and meditative way

Yoga Room With Elena is a mobile service in Cyprus bringing the magic of yoga to the comfort of your own home! 

Yoga Room provides bespoke yoga classes designed for your own individual needs servicing all local areas of Nicosia, Larnaca and Limassol districts. 

Call us directly to book one-to-one or group sessions or to discuss the class you are after and we will prepare a session with the practices, time, duration and a location of your own choice.

Focusing primarily on alignment and physical and spiritual healing we believe that Yoga is more than just a practice on the mat - it is a life style helping us to focus, relax and connect to our mind, body and spirit

About Yoga Instructor 

Elena Dana has been practicing yoga for over fifteen years and to become a certified yoga instructor has been Elena's dream from the day yoga found its way to her life - until it became a reality! 

During quiet times at the beginning of 2020 Elena discovered a wonderful House of Om Yoga School in Bali, philosophy of which has deeply resonated with Elena's practice and beliefs to which she has been connected to for years during her spiritual quest while traveling around the world in early 2000. 

Elena visited India, lived in Peru, USA, England, Scotland, Netherlands, seen the outskirts of Europe and now is based on the beautiful island of Cyprus.

Healing approach to yoga has been an initial call for Elena, healing of the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies, mind and soul from endless everyday pressures, using mindful meditative movements to open up the energy channels, to let go of emotions that are no longer serving us and to rebuild ourselves into the best version of ourselves by finding our way back home - to the highest vibrational being we all are and the real light inside!

Connecting to the true core of our being, rewiring our nervous system, boosting our metabolism and practicing natural reverse ageing - what Elena brings to her bespoke personal training sessions, alongside with her knowledge on Human Design, Vocal Yoga and Face Yoga carefully coaching yogis of all levels to reach their personal and desired goals at their own time and pace.
